  1. That was the answer I was looking for and the one I was initially expecting. The text somehow got indented--I now realize I likely accidentally pressed CTRL-M--so I wanted to know how to "outdent" it. I looked for an outdent in the ribbon above the note, but unfortunately, I couldn't find it. Once you said it was referred to that way, I Googled, "Where is outdent on Evernote?" and was taken to this entry in the forum from April 2015: <<Ctrl-M and Shift-Ctrl-M will indent and un-indent, respectively.>> Thank you, Dave Green!
  2. Thanks, Peter, but that's not it in my particular case. It's only that one specific note where that happened. My main settings are set to "Fit to Window." Could it have something to do with accidentally inserting a "left indent" code? And if so, how would one get rid of that?
  3. Opened a large note I've been using for ages and all of a sudden the entire text is indented. I'm sure there's an easy fix, but I can't find info on this anywhere.
  4. For years I dated Evernote content using ALT-SHIFT-D, and it showed in a format like this: 11/1/2021. Now it shows as November 1, 2021, and there is no way to opt for the original format. This has added many more keystrokes to my record keeping. I don't understand why we Evernote does not allow users to choose which option to use.
  5. All my Evernote notes have content labeled in this format: 2/9/21. I could insert the date by using CTRL ALT D. Now when I use that combination, the date formats in the long form: February 9, 2021.Not being able to use the shortcut to create the original date format is really interfering with my daily use of years and years of notes! I'm no longer able to be consistent with my note entries without typing in the date manually. Why would you do that? It doesn't make sense. Is it possible to give users a way to customize the date stamp back to the original way it has been formatting for all this time?
