Dvorak is an official keyboard layout in both Windows and MacOS -- its not a community supported mod. After your suggestion I did contact support regarding this issue and they were able to replicate it and confirmed it as issue. However, they didn't mention a date when it would be available. But they did suggest to rollback to a pre-v10.0 version of Evernote to get around this issue.

I guess it is not editable as per the docs.

All rights reserved I am using the Dvorak keyboard layout and when I try to use Ctrl + I or Ctrl + U, they do not work. If I switch to the regular QWERTY layout, then they work as expected. Other keyboard shortcuts such as Ctrl + B seem to work as expected on the Dvorak layout.
