I'm having the same issue. I subscribed as "Premium" in March 2021. I was transferred to Personal during the big switch. I'm now receiving notices that I need to upgrade to maintain my access to Tasks. I logged out of my Mac application, deleted all data. Then I logged back in and received this message:
