I just reported this issue to tech support Ticket# 3270430. I rely on this feature for paying bills and I've missed a couple recently because of no reminder. I heavily depend on this feature. I have made no changes except for updating Evernote. I am currently on v 10.8.5 for windows (I have Windows 10) but I believe the problem started before this particular update. There have been several updates recently.
