It’s not OK to not have the ability to access a way to extract all data. In fact it’s more than not ok, as I’m based in the UK. GDPR laws of the UK and EU both state we must be able to be sent all the data Evernote has for us (in an easily readable format too). GDPR is not just about privacy policies. I’m sure they don’t want us emailing them to extract this.
