Ever since the platform change, I'm having tons of conflict issues resulting in duplicate notes. The service isn't doing me any good if I have multiple versions of notes and pieces of information in various locations. And now with the new setup, we can no longer submit help desk tickets? What are we paying for if not support for bugs?
