I have an open ticket for over a week. I have checked evernote web, I have checked trash, I have deleted my app and reinstalled it many, many times using 2 emails (because I only have 2 that I use consistently). I have lost 283 notes on 1 notebook. I have several more notebooks that are also missing. How can I get access to my notebooks? The legacy download did not work. (solution from Shane D) What is the fix? I am getting very frustrated. So far customer service has been slow and no luck finding the notebooks. Ref ticket numbers: 3257976 (MarMar) and 325795 (Yasser) I am really hoping for a solution because if I have to reload all my inventory I will be finding a new app.
