I'm a brand new Evernote user on Mac v10.8.4 My project is to create a notebook of digital patterns that I own - images, names, etc. and then share them via a public link for others to look at when discussing project ideas. I created a test notebook with a handful of notes. From what I can tell there has been a fairly recent update so I'm not sure how current the info I'm finding actually is. The Evernote Help & Learning center says I should be able to publish a shareable link to non-Evernote users by right-clicking on the name of the notebook. When I do that, there is no option for Publish. Only share. I don't want to share because the people I want to view this most likely don't have Evernote and won't want to download and create an account, Am I missing something obvious?

I can't find any ways to edit or remove tags either. I'm a nee user but I'm also running MacBigSur. Not able to right click on tags and there is no "Edit Tags" in any of the menus. I had joined a shared notebook which had a ton of tags. I've since left that notebook but cannot get rid of the tags.
