The problem was in language headers. If your browser send "en" - it's Ok, and everything works properly, but if your browser use another language as a default - you can't login. -

I have the same issue in Chrome now. After entering login - password field does not appear. https://www.evernote.com/Login.action - in pending status. initiator:1383837114.js:307 Opera browser is working.
