this small popup box keeps appearing without any text on it...

I'll use the same words from a fellow user @newterritories : "The fact there is NO WAY TO SET PREFERENCES in this latest update is maddening." it simply took over my system shortcut and doesnt even offer an 'on/off' option... quite disapointing..
