There is a claim that there is a new version 10.6 for the mac by an adminstrator, but my version 10.5.7 is still listed as the most current.  Evernote - you are disappointing after many years of being a faithful user.....

It's probably being rolled out slowly. You can download Evernote 10.6.9 directly from here - https://cdn1.evernote.com/boron/mac/builds/Evernote-10.6.9-mac-ddl-ga-2254.dmg

    I hope that helps!

I'm wondering where the option is to force a sync to occur?  Last night I was typing up some vacation information into an existing note and when I went back to look all that information is now gone! Even today when I log back in - the information is not there.  There was always an icon to force the sync, but I'm not seeing it with the Evernote for MAC.

    Thanks.

You can “force” a sync by holding down the Shift and Option keys on your keyboard and clicking the sync spinner on the toolbar. Depending on the number of notes in your account, the amount of time it can take for the force sync to finish will vary.

It is crucial to allow the application to complete the sync process before continuing to use the application.

Being an engineer, I constantly work with lists and tables which require Monospaced fonts for readability.

Unfortunately, both Consolas (my fav) and Courier New which are Monospaced fonts, do NOT display as being Monospaced!

Yes, I do have any used other SW editors for working with code, but this lack of compatibility is frustrating.

Mind you, I am not requesting far out fonts but only those included with every Windows machine.

What would be great, is an option to point to another folder containing fonts of one's liking.

I would think this would increase sales of EN to those wanting to have a single tool to work with.

A good workaround is to put whatever fonts you want to use in Evernote into Font Book's "Web" group. Any font placed in there becomes an option for your notes. Here is an example that I typed up…

In Windows, pressing CTRL+Q simultaneously will pop-up a search box to search within your note(book)s. This is very frequently used by myself; but I haven't found a familiar shortcut on the Mac yet. I'm using the latest version of Evernote for Mac, downloaded from the App Store.

    Request
Is it possible to add such shortcut (e.g. Option+Q) to the Mac app in the next release?

On the Mac it's Command-Option-F to search all notes. Is that what you're looking for?
We also have Command-J to jump to a particular notebook as well. Might that be what you're looking for?

  5. ScanSnap Home is the new replacement for ScanSnap Manager, and it came out late 2018. I guess the aim was to simplify the interface and make it less fiddly, and make it something that someone less technical could use. Right-click on the scanned document and choose "Send to" > Evernote in order to send it over.

I hope that helps! You may want to check the ScanSnap site for additional assistance.
