  1. I found a pretty nasty bug that I can recreate: Create a new note on my iPad. Tap the pen to use my Pencil to hand write some notes. Don't hit "Done" when finished, instead switch to a different app (i.e. Mail to look up something. It really doesn't matter which app). Go back to Evernote, and the handwriting is gone… it's a blank new note. Cry.
  2. On the Mac it's Command-Option-F to search all notes. Is that what you're looking for? We also have Command-J to jump to a particular notebook as well. Might that be what you're looking for?
  3. I also found this page: https://www.fujitsu.com/global/products/computing/peripheral/scanners/scansnap/software/sshome/
  4. ScanSnap Home is the new replacement for ScanSnap Manager, and it came out late 2018. I guess the aim was to simplify the interface and make it less fiddly, and make it something that someone less technical could use. Right-click on the scanned document and choose "Send to" > Evernote in order to send it over. I hope that helps! You may want to check the ScanSnap site for additional assistance.
  5. Version 7.11 will support 10.12: Evernote 7.11 - http://cdn1.evernote.com/mac-smd/public/Evernote_RELEASE_7.11_457846.zip
  6. ScanSnap Home is a "reimagining" of the software. It's right there in the name, a more user-friendly version of the interface. Face it, if you've been a ScanSnap user for years, you know your way around the interface and all of it's quirks. ScanSnap Home is just… too weird for my tastes.
  7. Contact @EvernoteHelps on Twitter; they can switch it for you — that's what I did 😃
  8. If you resize the middle column (the one with the cards), by dragging the dark grey line in the center, you'll be able to view multiple cards at once.
  9. You can download it here: Evernote 6.13.3 (OS X El Capitan (10.11) and above) - http://cdn1.evernote.com/mac-smd/public/Evernote_RELEASE_6.13.3_455969.zip
  10. I use PDFpen Pro — it has a built-in "save to Evernote" function for after I've marked up a PDF file on my Mac. https://smilesoftware.com/pdfpen-family
  11. Thanks for the upvotes, all! This is a screenshot of the button in question:
  12. I don't recall which 'version' of Evernote Web I was using, but the one I like is mostly white with green buttons on the side (I think it's called "Classic") — but I enjoy using it because it syncs up with my Google Calendar. It did not show up in the beta version, nor in the beta editor views. Is this coming back to the new editor anytime soon?
  13. Unfortunately, Evernote no longer runs Yinxiang Biji — it's been separated and is it's own company now. I'm not sure how much support Evernote can give you regarding Yinxiang Biji now.
  14. I wonder if it's related to this banner in the Evernote Forums? https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/119048-security-update-email-regarding-account-security/
  15. There's also the Scansnap Cloud app for iOS devices, which is how I configured my ix500 to scan directly to Evernote over Wi-Fi. That might help.
  16. Here's a good place to start: Evernote 6.13.3 (OS X El Capitan (10.11) and above)- http://cdn1.evernote.com/mac-smd/public/Evernote_RELEASE_6.13.3_455969.zip
  17. I finally have an iPad Pro (gen 1) and a Pencil, and I can finally use Penultimate… and now it's like it was abandoned 😐
  18. I hope this helps! Let me know if I can be of additional assistance:
  19. Evernote, please don't be subtle with any indicator. It needs to be big and bright… perhaps in your new green color? ?
  20. The beta may expire in the near future. This is a newer version that will run on your Mac: Evernote 6.13.3 (OS X El Capitan (10.11) and above)- http://cdn1.evernote.com/mac-smd/public/Evernote_RELEASE_6.13.3_455969.zip
  21. There is a newer Mail plugin that (as of Mojave) still works with Evernote. https://support.mailbutler.io/knowledge-base/export-an-email-to-evernote-using-evernote-exporter/
