  1. Unfortunately, Evernote no longer runs Yinxiang Biji — it's been separated and is it's own company now. I'm not sure how much support Evernote can give you regarding Yinxiang Biji now.
  2. Pro tip: After you install it on your Mac, add the San Francisco fonts to the "Web" group in Font Book. You'll be able to have it as an option inside the note body. This is how I added Caecilia and Gotham to my notes:
  3. I had a similar issue happen to me. I went into the Note History (A Premium feature, as far as I know), and re-imported the file from Evernote's servers.
  4. Here's an idea: Keep your documents, PDF, photos, etc in Google Drive, and then insert links to that information into Evernote.
  5. Wow! That is thorough!
  6. I can't, either. It seems the metadata now has a .enspot extension — I wonder if Alfred can't "see" these files yet?
  7. I wonder if the RAM is being used to index the notes?
  8. Granted, I am on a Mac, but the process should be the same for Windows: Select all of the notes you wish to export, whether in the same Notebook, or in the All Notes area. From the "File" menu, choose “Export Notes…” As far as I know, there is no way to export an entire notebook as a folder.
  9. I wonder if it's related to this banner in the Evernote Forums? https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/119048-security-update-email-regarding-account-security/
  10. The dot means you're not signed into the Evernote web clipper. If you click on the elephant icon in your Safari toolbar, it should allow you to sign into your account. It's not linked to your Evernote account on your Mac or in the web.
  11. After you grab a screenshot with Skitch, you can change the export format by utilizing the pulldown menu next to the file name: https://www.evernote.com/l/AAYeJQ0jbHdIdKamTqL_QDve2rsuiHkh3vI
  12. There's also the Scansnap Cloud app for iOS devices, which is how I configured my ix500 to scan directly to Evernote over Wi-Fi. That might help.
  13. Here's a good place to start: Evernote 6.13.3 (OS X El Capitan (10.11) and above)- http://cdn1.evernote.com/mac-smd/public/Evernote_RELEASE_6.13.3_455969.zip
  14. As long as the attachments are not opened in an external application (i.e. filling out a PDF in Acrobat Pro), you're good to go.
  15. Your tags need better names 😉
  16. I finally have an iPad Pro (gen 1) and a Pencil, and I can finally use Penultimate… and now it's like it was abandoned 😐
  17. Is this the ScanSnap Evernote Edition, or a plan Fujitsu scanner, like an ix500?
  18. You can link your two-factor auth to an application like Google Authenticator or (my recommendation), 1Password. Strong passwords, like what @DTLow suggested, are always a good idea.

    Mac 7.6 Beta 1

What a UI mess Evernote has in macOS 10.13 High Sierra. We have the sidebar, which uses macOS Vibrancy to make it slightly translucent. Then we have the note list, which is what I'd call a "Mavericks grey". Finally, we have the note and it's new Mojave dark background… with a lighter grey header. Either have a dark mode that works in High Sierra (like Things 3), or disable it. So, 3 panes, and 4 different colors. Meanwhile, Bear has it's theme act together, as well as Apple Notes. I know it's only beta 1, but this is not what we had in mind when we asked for a Dark Mode all those years ago.
  20. But seriously, this ebook is also a good start: https://brettkelly.org/evernote-essentials/
