I totally agree with these comments and Evernote has gone from being how I do everything to being a chain around my neck. It is now almost totally unusable. In live meeting I just can't take notes any longer due to the lag in typing. Why on earth does it have to continually try and save the whole note to the cloud if you just add one character - this is insane. There are other issues with the new version, mainly the amount of memory it takes when running and even when 'closed', but the typing and general slowness makes it really awful. I have discovered after months of frustration that I can revert back to the Legacy version, which has been a lifesaver. I don't understand why Evernote has broken its product? I am still paying a Premium subscription for something I can't use any longer. Please fix Jeff's problem as many of us are having the same issue - the autosyncing is the biggest problem - please let us turn this OFF. Yours very frustratingly, Gavin Thomas.
