Please add a Preference to disable this.
Every time I scan a document (and I have many to scan), each one opens a new window. These (a) clutter the screen, (b) mean I have to spent time closing them all - hardly good for productivity, and (c) each seems to use more memory and slow the app, again not good for a productivity app.
Evernote's key USP for me is that it is a productivity app. With this in mind, repetitive tasks should be automatable (via eg AppleScript), fast and customisable.
