I don't know if support finally gave me some upload bandwith, or if the one month delay before i get another 20Go is triggered, but the upload is now working, and my backup is uploading. Horrible experience begging a support that never come and ignore its clients

You are right @agsteele, thank you for your suggestion and taking time to answer. However, evernote promising a " productivity happy place" and delivering "Hell if you need help" is a big additional problem. As a SAS dev myself, not answering my client in needs would be a problem. Evernote is OK with not answerng client in bad need.

@agsteele, thank you for your suggestion and taking time to answer. Note history is not an option, as there is 1000 notes.... too much. But for a isolated note problem, that may be a solution. THank you for pointing.

6 days later, support did not give any response. Evernore = LIERS they dont give a give support to those users who trusted them. SHAME SHAME EVERNOTE SHAME YOU ARE KILLING BUSINESSES AND PUTTING FAMILIES IN DIFFICULTIES

Ho yeah, for the fun aspect , their answer included : Verify you're connected to the Internet... Wow. it give a delightful second sens to their " Find your productivity happy place See what’s possible with Evernote"

I can not upload my backup since 7 days now. Blocked by the 20Go upload limit being reach. My user can not access all their notes. After 3 days, Evernote Support told me they would add 20Go upload limit , but nothing happens. (syncing still returns a errorCode=QUOTA_REACHED parameter="Accounting.uploadLimit") I cry everyday so support do somethings, sent screenshots, details logs.... I am prisoner of evernote.

Support does not anwser. Any other suggestion ? and , additionaly, how to not lose attached file migrating from V6 to V10 ?

Just in case you think that support is important, here is what Evernote's one looks like:

If evernote told me that, having more that 20Go of document could present risk of not allowing admin to restore its data.... i would have think twice before choosing Evernote. I am a prisoner of evernote stupid rules and lack of support.

My backups are 20Go, and i have to upload 2. I succeed to upload about 20Go, and i now face upload limit, so i can not restore my other documents. We are Evernote team account, 3 users, paying 360€ per year. Of course, Evernote know that, time to time, the need to restore a backup can happen. And limiting user upload will for sure limit the ability to restore data. This is obvious. As a blackmailed user, i would even be OK to pay extra to be able to upload my backup. But evenote support just do not answer my ticket.

Thank you Jon/t for you answer: Database online contain documents where attached file have disapeared. Timeline: V6 => everything working fine. Upgrade to V10 => 20% of documents lose their attachment. Sync => 20% of documents online now also have lost attachments. Uninstall V10 Install V6 + Import backup + Sync => Document are NOW OK (attachment restored) , but i can not sync to Evernote server , as my upload quota is reached... Migrating V6 to V10 just lose some documents. This is a fact. Biggest problem is Evernote support just do not answer, and i am scared to receive a generic support templates in a few days.

Our little team uses Evernote since 4 years. We were recently forced to migrate from Evernote Legacy (V6 that was working fine) to V10. Doing so, about 20% of our notes lost their attached files.... So i try to restore from backup, but Evernote Quota do not let me upload my backup. (errorCode=QUOTA_REACHED parameter="Accounting.uploadLimit") I created a ticket 2 days ago, begging for help and an increase in quota so i can restore my files. But Evernote support do not answer. As a professional, i need to access my documents, and I now feel prisoner, my documents being kidnapped.

We are team member, paying since about 6 years. In Evernote Legacy, we had notes with attached document. When migrating to V10 and sync, 20% of notes get their attached documents lost. If i go on Evernote online, i also see attached docuement are lost (for same document). BUT, if i re-installed Evernote V6 and import my backup, then my notes are restored and attached document are here.... SO backup is working. and If i sync, those notes go to Evernote online, with attached files (as it should). It is just that i can not sync, as my quota is limited per month.
