I use Evernote Desktop version and unless I restart my laptop I can't open my notes. This is really annoying and makes me want to switch to a different note platform. When will this get fixed?

I keep having the same issue when I can see the notebook and notes, but when I try to open notes the note is blank (white). Same for every note. This happened right after the last update. So it's been a while now. How do I solve this?????
