  1. I share your pain. I have had my premium subscription refunded as a result. Support advised to ‘force’ desktop version from browser on ipad but don’t promise that’ll work.

  3. Just got this - as if using old EN on earlier IOS is not a thing ( and i wonder if app store is actually downloading older EN like it says it is?) Abby S.   5. I have the same issue as is described here ( iPad Air). I have uninstalled and reinstalled changed passwords etc. other access is fine. Disappointed to be getting only very basic support responses given that this is now a common known problem.
