Duplicate Notes Issue (iOS)

I found a thread on this but it had been closed. I use Evernote on Windows and iOS. Whenever I edit notes Evernote creates a duplicate note and I have to figure out which is the newest and delete the other one. This has been going on for some time. -
I have tried installing it on both my home PC (Outlook 365) and my work Exchange account with no luck. Between this and removal of the manual sync I have no idea what Evernote is thinking. This is awful.
