Found and fixed the problem. There's a wire skeleton cube in the Toolbar. Hover the mouse on it and it says "Extensions." Click it, and you see a list of installed extensions that you can pin to the toolbar. Web Cllipper's pin was not lighted. I clicked the pin, and Web Clipper now appears on the toolbar. Problem solved.

Last week I got a new Macbook Air and am running macOS Big Sur 11.1. Under OS X Cataline, the Evernote Web Clipper installed in Opera showed up in the Toolbar, but now in Big Sur it does not. When I look at Show Extensions in Opera 73.0.3856.284 I see: It is enabled, and yet it does not show in the Toolbar, so I can't use it. Is there a fix?

I use Evernote on my Mac only, and when I got my new Mac I was locked out for an attempt to link a third device. I couldn't figure it out at first, but then I realized that it was probably due to the fact that this is the third Mac I have owned. I received an email that told me of the attempt to link a third device, and it included this useful note: I went to the link and indeed there they were: my first Mac (from 2013) and its subsequent replacement. I revoked access for those two devices, and then I was able to link my current new Mac (which I got last week). All now is well.
