How to back up notes?  I see that a new feature no longer export notes to back up.  When you want to back up, there is a limit of 50 notes to back up.  That is painful.  Please help me how to back up all notes.  Thank you.

Also, I want to change my nickname from the silly one I started with all the way back in 2008, and use my proper professional name, Mark Oliver Russell-Vickers. Could you empower me to do that please?

IoS Version Evernote 10.1 (1107121) 

I was trying to add a PNG file from Notability to Evernote on my iPad Pro but it would not add the file.  I could do it on my iPhone (same version).  I was getting a message on my iPad that it was trying to synch two notes.  Highlighted in a message at the top of the notes list in the left column.  I pressed the x on the right of the message, but it would still not let me save the file.  I could create a new note in Evernote on the iPad that would synch with the server, and new notes I added in Evernote on my Mac would appear.  

I deleted the app on the iPad and reinstalled it and the message went away.

And 10 days for support - really!  I am glad I was able to find a way forwards so I can keep using Evernote, but this is part of an on-going sequence of annoying occurrences that mean I have to spend precious time fixing Evernote rather than earning income.  You need to do something to improve this situation very quickly or these new versions are going to kill your company.

I am wondering if other premium users are concerned about Evernote going out of business?

I am the type of user that will gladly pay $10 per month for the Evernote service, especially if I thought they were focused on me, personal accounts (vs. teams and business accounts). I tried to integrate Evernote Business into our company a few years ago, but it was not well received. My concern is that there are not enough users like me willing to pay for a best in class service. Personally, I view free as a way to demo the product. What will happen to all the premium users that have committed to Evernote if the company does not obtain additional funding? Long Live Evernote!!

PLEASE make it easy to get to the print function. You might want to check for a traitor among your developers. New version should not make things worse. I’m sick and tired of searching for basic things I want to do on Evernote.   What  a frustrating waste of time.

Eu utilizo o plano básico, e pra recuperar eles pedem pra assinar o plano Premium. Aí é complicado, pois já não achei legal isso acontecer. Como eu vou pagar um plano Premium desse jeito! Alguém, por favor, sabe como eu faço pra poder recuperar o texto integral? E como mando tickets pra eles conseguirem consertar isso, pois o site saiu do do nada. Please tell me where I would post a problem I'm having with pdfs being dropped from notes.  This is happening in Evernote Business, in Web, Window, IOS, and Android platforms.  I don't seem to be getting a response from Evernote Support, and I now have three users in my client's EBA that can not work - their EBA accounts have no attachments, and that's what they work with - the attached pdfs.

Need Evernote on new computer. version 6.13.1 - Purchased on Dec 5, 2017 at 4:47:30. App store says open but nothing happens. Removed Evernote from old computer. I Can work from website but want Evernote shell on my computer. Scared if put Evernote icon that's in apps on the new computer, I won't be able to get Evernote back!

I have been "using" Evernote for 2 years, stuffing things into that little dropdown over and over.  Now I want to retrieve some stuff (for the very first time) and have no idea how to find it.  The dropdown has no way to list websites saved, apparently, and no guidance whatsoever from Evernote Help or Community.  Obviously, it is something simple, but I don't understand.  A little help, please?

I looked up and learned how to do a saved search on MAC, which is good, but don't want to save a billion searches so I would like to know how to click a notebook and click a tag and have it search by those two criteria (NOT as a saved search or having to do multiple clicks in the search window in top right corner of MAC). Can you explain?

I don't know how to create a Tidy Up Filter. Could you post the raw code of a sample one for say looking in a notebook without any of the following tags "1-Today" "2-Tomorrow" "3-ThisWeek" etc? I had one but something is wrong with it and for some reason I can't copy and paste it into this message for you to troubleshoot.

About 30% of the time, I add one tag, then type in the "tag" box and it doesn't auto-populate my tags. Example: all my .when tags are by number so when I tap "2" it should auto populate all tags beginning with 2, but it doesn't. I have to type the tag perfectly or it will create a NEW tag. Any idea why it does this? Its super annoying.

I saw that you are on an IPAD Pro. As i am about to migrate from Windows/Android to Apple,  I do need some support.

However, I think,  it might be better to communicate via chat or email.

the questions i have are evernote related (not so much on how to migrate but more about the features of evernote ). i am very much disappointed about the lag of features of the Android vs. Windows  version. As I am a very intense tablet  user, I need to know how far the evernote version for IPPro is away from the actual full "computer" version.

As I am working in China at the moment I tried  to get some answers  from the local Apple store, however,  they actually have zero knowledge. .......

Can you explain a little slower how to set up the reminders so you can search a Now/Today to get a list of things that need to get done Today?  I see your symbols but need more help, sorry, I'm a low techie.  THanks

And after you "simply" File/EXport, how do you then use these notes? With what app?

I know how to add @notebook and #tag to the subject so it goes to the right place. 

My issue is - HOW DO I AUTOMATE THAT? Now I have gmail forwarding emails to my evernote email. Problem is nowhere in that setup can I automate what's added to the subject line. Now, I have to go to my EN inbox every time and put it in the right place. Any suggestions on getting it to do it on it's own - forwarding the email to EN with the tags in the subject line?
