  1. I'm having this same problem! I was using my basic account on 2 devices: an iPhone and a Mac. I wanted to switch from the Mac to a PC, so that is ONE change. No problem, you'd expect. But when working on the PC I got one or two more messages that I needed to unsync a device, which didn't make sense. I think I just selected to desyncing the Mac AGAIN - while I had never used the app on the Mac ever again, or anything else that could be perceived as (re)syncing). Weeks later I was asked for my password on the iPhone, and didn't remember it, so today I changed it via link received. Then I log in on the PC and I get the pop-up again that I have to desync a device - and now I get the message that I have done that too many times, and am locked out. To top it off, while I'm now logged in on the Iphone, I can't use it, as I tried to give feedback via the app, but I get an error page instead about an unexpected error. Closing the app does not solve it. I just get this error page. See attachment. When I click on the login link displayed, I don't get a chance to log in, the pop-up pops up again. So I have no access AT ALL.
