I had 5 stacks which were all numbered with a full stop (period) after the number and then a title. E.g. 1. Study, 2. House etc. None of these were appearing in the menu of the iOS version of Evernote but were appearing elsewhere. Once I removed the full stops they appeared in the menu bar of Evernote iOS. Hope that helps.
