yeah so i've gone through that avenue multiple times and no answer hence posting here to see if there was any other avenue.

Have been an evernote user for 10 years. pay the ever increasing fees every year. this year they cancelled my subscript despite showing receipts and no response from customer service. anyone have any way to escalate?

on 10.4.4 still happens almost everyday and needs to kill of the process entirely and restart. I have the premium version and am extremely disappointed - it has been a great program but this renders it completely unuseable
