About zamboknee

  1. FIXED! I changed the security settings as mentioned and it's syncing now. Thanks 'gazumped'. Quick followup: the Mac version seems to be syncing fine so I'm guessing there isn't anything I need to make sure of with THAT version?
  2. I'll check those articles. The computer HAS synced in the past. I don't know the exact last sync but it's been at least 6 months. My IT guy has updated as of a couple weeks ago.
  3. Evernote on Windows is not syncing. Works fine on Mac and iPhone but can't get things to update on the Windows machine at work. The windows machine is administered by our company IT guy by the way. Here's some of the log since my last sync attempt. 4. thanks for the input, gazumped. I'm on a Mac so probably gonna go the 'CleanMyMac' route and try that. Thanks again.
  5. I ran a complete computer check with TechTool Pro 7 and File Structures came back with: "70 suspected files found out of 114684 total files checked" Of these, at least half were related to Evernote. I've found this issue before and Evernote told me to uninstall and reinstall Evernote. This issue persists though. My question is: should I just delete these files or reinstall again? AND Is this a common problem people are encountering with Evernote? And, yes, I posted in the Micromat (TechTool Pro) forum. thanks
  6. I submitted a support ticket but I'm not a Premium member so who knows when I'll hear back..... I ran a scan using TechTool Pro 7 and it found a bunch of file system errors. The majority of them has to do with Evernote. I've attached a screenshot of one such problem found. If I had to guess I'd say that about 70% of the 'file is corrupt or unsupported file format' problems are Evernote related. Can anyone tell me what to do here? Should I delete these files? Reinstall Evernote? Any input would be great. Thanks
