  1. I've seen the post by Shane D on 5th November. This is clearly affecting a lot of users - paying ones included and myself included. What I haven't seen is any attempt to update us on progress (if any) to this nightmare. 25 days is quite enough time to sort this out and provide an actual software update that allows us to continue normally. I know 'stuff happens' - but this is now unacceptable.
