My use case is often browse a notebook with Cards view enabled, and not being able to hide the note preview is so annoying. I am quite familiar in general with what each note is about in my collection so I don't need to constantly preview them. If I need to read one, I would double click on that note to get a new window with that. Please, bring that option back! I am avoiding the upgrade to the new client on my main machine because of that. This is on macOS.
