My premium account disappeared. In its place is a new account activated this month with about ten odd notes from different years. I have a ten year premium account. Asked for support, but no response. Tried to recover data from Evernote.com to no avail. TEN YEARS WORTH OF DATA GONE! H-E-L-P

How do you unlock data? When I installed latest version of Evernote, all but the few pieces of data I entered when I first used Evernote ten year’s ago, disappeared. I had at least fifty notebooks and hundreds of notes which I cannot find. When I sign into Evernote.com, my account says it was started 11/20....this month! I submitted a number of requests for support more than two weeks ago about this issue, with no reply. Any wisdom to share?
