It didn’t work to me, and removing and reinstalling the app cause the lost of all synching clips!! Why is it happening!!

Hi, my problem is that I have 26 synching web clips, which actually won’t synch, no matter how long I wait, the amount will always be 26. I’m using 10.1 version on iPhone I tried an hard reset of the latter and after no success I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing changed. my question is: is there an actual risk to lose those important clips? the stakes is the reliability of the service If I remove and re-download the app from scratch do they get lost? it’s the last thing remained to do which springs to my mind If nothing works is it possible, as last resort, to have a list of pending clips’ url so that I can save them in another way Thanks Franco
