Latest iOS version glitching and slow!

This new version is terrible. Mine keeps crashing or gets extremely slow. They need to go back a version and fix this piece of junk. If they don’t people are going to have to go to other solutions. I am a long time user and loved it till last few days. It is an abomination. When I was working if we had released software with these many bugs and issues I would have been unemployed.
