Same here @gazumped I asked 17 days ago to get a refund as I cancelled my subscription a few hours after my card was charged. I have been a paying customer for 11 years. No one has answered so far. Do you know what's the average response time?

Same here, if they don't bring it back, I will find a different tool as I am using evernote for document repository and showing inline full size is just pointless when you have 20 in a page. I believe that they don't want people to store documents in evernote anymore but we kinda pay for the storage
