    the transition to the new version 10.2.4 was extremely unsuccessful. In addition to the fact that duplicates appeared in notebooks, all files in attachments disappeared. This is a huge problem, I really need them. Attachments are displayed in tags, but they cannot be opened or downloaded - an error occurs. How can I restore them?
