Hi - can you share this link please as I have Exactly the same problem and right now the EV MacOS app is useless to me!

Since Friday the 30th my Evernote is basically useless to me. New notes disappear, updates to notes are gone and my support e-mail says they will respond in 10-12 DAYS! This is crazy - I've been a paying premium customer for years! This "new" version has been a royal mess- basically a massive step backwards for me. Less functionality in the editor, slow loading and and. What is the solution???
