Mine syncs eventually, but what I find very annoying is that you can no longer add tags to the note you’re creating by sharing a webpage from Safari ... on Mac or iOS. That defeats much of the reason for me to use Evernote, which is as a file system of materials I collect on the web. any prospect thus will come back in a new update?
