After using the web clipper, I want to view the note in my Evernote desktop app on macOS Big Sur, Evernote 10.8.6, but I get an error that says MacOS/Safari can't open internet addresses that begin with http://evernote. How do I fix this??

Evernote just updated itself to the latest version 10.1.7. I am running it on MacOS 10.5.7. I always keep Evernote open at login and in full screen view. Prior to the update it would always open for me as I like it, in full screen. Since this update, however, Evernote opens at login but in window view, I have to manually put it into full screen. Why is that and how do I get it to go to full screen view and stay there across shutdowns and reboots? ALSO, I tried to submit a customer support email using the form page but the Submit button does not work. It's not clickable.
