    10 years of Premium and I baled to Keep It a couple of weeks ago when the new app left me high-and-dry with meeting notes more than a couple of times. It's not perfect, but the notes can at least be exported in a parseable format in their entirety.

    I'm hoping hoping this is just a bit of a blip, but I've managed to take a full backup with v7 after seeing reports v10 won't let you do a full backup.
