  1. I received this response from support. If it works, I have no idea why they didn't post it here. Please try it: Thanks for reporting this problem. We have recently fixed this issue. To ensure the fix takes place on your side, please follow these steps: Quit Evernote, then: Open Finder From the menu bar select Go > Go To Folder... Paste ~/Library/Application Support/ and press Go. If you don't find this directory, try ~/Library/Containers/com.evernote.Evernote/Data/Library/Application Support/ and press Go. Delete the folder Evernote. Go to Evernote.com/download and download and install the latest version of Evernote Launch Evernote and sign in.
  2. Everyone should submit a help desk ticket and say they are not renewing. I asked for a refund but they wouldn’t give me one. How do you have a notes app where you can’t read notes?!
  3. I continue to have this problem on Mac. Restarting seems to fix. But it is very annoying. Can we have an update about what is going on?
