Thanks for reporting this problem. We have recently fixed this issue. To ensure the fix takes place on your side, please follow these steps:
Quit Evernote, then:
From the menu bar select Go > Go To Folder...
Paste ~/Library/Application Support/ and press Go. If you don't find this directory, try ~/Library/Containers/com.evernote.Evernote/Data/Library/Application Support/ and press Go.
Delete the folder Evernote.
Go to Evernote.com/download and download and install the latest version of Evernote
Launch Evernote and sign in.
