I've been having a similar problem for a month or so! (I can't remember how long, exactly.) The formatting bar disappears, often for a minute or longer, when I'm typing up notes. I can't format any of my text with bolding, hyperlinking, etc. This is an important feature for me. If it doesn't get resolved, I'll need to find another note provider!
