Absolutely not. I tried to upgrade from Plus to Premium as well (in my Evernote iPhone app, latest version). I received a confirmation through an iOS on screen message plus corresponding emails from Apple about the upgrade. Even on my iPhone under "subscriptions" it shows that I am now apparently a Premium subscriber. The only party who does not acknowledge that I updated (and paid) is Evernote. Therefore, they must be the one to contact.

Thanks, mate. I switched the language of my Windows to English, which is an easier workaround for me. It is however completely ridiculous that a commercial software for which I pay forces me to do this. I wait until Evernote repairs the export option and then I will move all my notes to OneNote and cancel my Evernote subscription.

Maybe none of them speaks a second language and has therefore experienced how deeply flawed their product is.

Fully concur but this still would be only a second best solution. In the year 2020, it should be an absolute no-brainer that a professional software with a considerable subscription fee has the ability not only to turn the spellchecker on/off, but also to check syntax and grammar in multiple languages. Most freeware is able to do this. It is really ridiculous that users have to ask for this "feature".

I already have this version and it does NOT solve the spellcheck problem. Text in a different language than the language of the OS is still highlighted as incorrect. Maybe it has never occurred to Evernote producers that some people speak and work in multiple languages. How difficult can it be for a software that is not freeware to include a "turn spellcheck off" function (if they are not able to implement a spellcheck in multiple languages like 99% of professional software products are able to do)?

Same issue here. Completely ridiculous, Evernote is now unusable for me. I will wait some days if they resolve this, if not, I will migrate to OneNote and cancel my Evernote subscription as I rely on a note-taking app in my workflow.

I have the same problem. Basically, I am unable to read all my notes because they are in a different language than my operating system and the spellcheck marks all words as incorrect. Unfortunately, it seems that the spellcheck function is not a part of Evernote anymore. How one can overlook such an important issue in a beta test is really beyond me.

Hi and thanks for your message. How soon is "soon"? Evernote has become almost unusable for me because all my notes are in a different language than the language of my Win 10. With the red lines underneath each word, it is impossible to read notes. The lack of a basic "turn spellcheck on/off" functionality is a huge letdown to be honest.
