I have the same issue on iOS. Notebooks page shows all of my notebooks but my side nav only shows my INBOX notebook. EDIT: I got it fixed by removing dots in the notebook stack name. "1. Projects" ==> "1: Projects" I just don't understand how this software can be this constrained. I cannot order my notebooks any other way than naming them with numbers and now even that doesn't work if I use wrong letters...
