The latest version for Windows is an EPIC failure. I am a premium paying customer. How can such a big announcement result in such an epic failure: 1. Looks all all the native windows UI is now HTML5 with embedded Chromium windows 2. Shortcut toolbar - where did it go? 3. Creating a new note doesn't open a new window - OMG! 4. Opening a note in a new window takes almost 10 seconds - OMG! THANKS BUT NO THANKS - Luckily had the old installer saved on my laptop.

The new version 10 for windows is an EPIC failure. Looks like EN is focused these days only on Growth and Cost-savings (joint code base) and not UX and innovative features. I really hope some decent company acquires EN sometime soon.

The new version for windows is a complete disaster. Put aside the missing features, it's so slow! it takes literally 5-10 seconds for a new empty note to open in a new window. Continuing to use the legacy version and will start looking for alternatives

The new Evernote for Windows 10 is an EPIC FAILURE! Just bring in more formatting options and headings to the old evernote and thank you. That whole HTML5 interface is a disaster and lack basic features like toolbar on the top, takes 10 seconds to open a note in a separate window, delete key doesn't work anymore, new note doesn't open by default in new window... Luckily I had the old installer saved on my desktop
