The "Points" entry on the left pane of my "Settings" web page disappeared. I can not open https://www.evernote.com/Points.action. Whenever I click the link, i am transferred to https://www.evernote.com/Settings.action. I am trying to upgrade my account from basic to premium, using my points, but I cannot do it. A frustrated user.

I have the same problem. Cannot redeem points to upgrade to premium. Since so many people face the same problem, Why Evernote does not post instructions on this thread? Frustrated user

I cannot redeem points too. Tried with Chrome, Safari and Edge, both on Windows 10 and Mac. I cannot open https://www.evernote.com/Points.action.
