  1. I'm writing this in the heat of absolute frustration after the issue has just taken place yet again, so I apologize for the charged language - but since a couple updates ago (Evernote desktop version for macOS 13.4.1), I have experienced making sometimes formative changes to a note that then get erased a few minutes later with no trace. Entire phone calls, sessions, or planning meeting notes lost multiple times over the past few weeks. The "restore older version" note history feature shows none of the newer changes. No internet problems, computer issues, or other traceable or discernible reasons for this. It has been absolutely infuriating and has completely compromised my faith that Evernote can be my be-all, end-all note-taking app that it has been for me for years. Has anyone else experienced the same, and are there any EN folks who want to comment on this frightening development?! Thank you, -LS
  2. For anyone else reading this thread, I too have had this happen regularly (in the weekly/biweekly range) for the past few months. I also have two-factor verification settings in place and I feel similarly that it's a problem worth noting/fixing. -LS
  3. Hello, I also have the same problem, specifically with notes that have been shared with me. I can access them without a problem from my android phone but when I try to access them from my Mac (high sierra, 10.13.6) I get that "Note is unavailable" error every single time. This has gone on for months across multiple notes. I've tried re-signing into my evernote account, doing a hard sync, and having those notes reshared with me. What in the world is going on? Is there any way to fix this? Thanks, -Lauren
