  1. Hey there -- opened a ticket on this on Monday, but I'm not hearing back. The only reason I have points is that's what happened when I tried to upgrade my subscription during my trial.
  2. Same problem for me, for the record -- I opened a ticket with support, and they cancelled the Premium I was already on saying it would allow the points to be seen, but it made no difference. The irony is I had the points in the first place because I tried to upgrade my trial Premium to a full year's subscription and didn't want the chance that my account would be downgraded as that would disrupt my workflow. 😏
