I know this isn't a new problem but I have not found a solution to this issue. I'm running 6.22.3.8816 and I cannot update or delete this program to reload it and start fresh. I cannot find relevant links to download the version I have nor can I download older versions of the software because it recognizes I have an newer version installed. I'm quite sick of this issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
