Simple way to reach the Templates, and to edit and rename

Bump. I've just started to use Evernote again after quite a long hiatus and I'm amazed that there's no option to edit a template. I mean come on! Having a help page https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052676933-Edit-your-templates that tells users the best way to "edit" a template is to create a new one and delete the old one is ridiculous
