I did find lots of references, none of which solved my issue. What did solve my issue was an update from Evernote. After a recent update the feature started working properly .

Evernote for iOS, Mac, and Windows (10.50.10). Evernote Professional Account. I need to create and use templates. iOS allows me to "save as template". However, in both the latest versions of desktop for Windows and Mac, the option is grayed out in the drop down menus. I've explored the forum for solutions and haven't been able to get the "save to template" feature to work. I need to be able to create and save templates.

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it stopped crashing. The new format is awesome.

My default preferred language is English. My app crashes during the welcome to the updated app, the final pane referring to speedier searches. It crashes before the actual app is useable. Thanks for asking .

I have the same issue, except on an iPhone 6sPlus. Mine crashes before the introductory screens transition to the app.
