I've been having this for a long time. I finally got fed up and made it so that the EvernoteSpotlight will never ever crash again. All I had to do was make it so that it can't be run. From the terminal type or copy/paste: chmod a-x /Applications/Evernote.app/Contents/PlugIns/EvernoteSpotlight.appex/Contents/MacOS/EvernoteSpotlight You lose the ability to have Spotlight index your Evernote notes but that's a small price to pay to get rid of those stupid error messages.
