I'm using Evernote to annotate lots of PDFs, and find the summary view - where it shows you a list of annotations as the view within the note itself - really helpful in seeing what I've done in the PDF afterwards and when collating research. However, some of my notes seem to show this view by default, wheras others, after annotation, only show the first page of the PDF (both are in in view 'Single page' mode). I cannot discover how to toggle between these views. Does anyone know how to switch these views manually?
